Refund policy

At Roast'n Coffee Co., we strive to deliver the freshest, highest-quality products. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, but due to the perishable nature of coffee and food items, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety, freshness, and compliance with food regulations. Please read below for details.

Eligible Returns: 30-Day Window

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for non-perishable items (e.g., coffee machines, grinders, and equipment).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Coffee Beans & Perishable Food Products: As food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened packages, used products, or any coffee orders. This preserves product integrity and freshness.
  • Roast on Demand (ROD) Orders: These are custom-roasted to your specifications, so returns or exchanges are not accepted once fulfilled. We recommend double-checking your origin, roast level, and details at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • Inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) if you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item.
  • For unopened coffee packages sent in error or arriving damaged, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • Please provide photos of the issue via email to speed up resolution—we're here to make it right!

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at ahoy@roastn.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we'll email a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within the provided timeframe—unannounced returns will not be accepted.
  4. We'll inspect upon receipt and notify you within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note: It may take an additional 3-5 days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.
  • If 15+ business days pass without seeing your refund, reach out to us at ahoy@roastn.com.

Vendor Direct Products

Some products on roastn.com are shipped directly from the vendor and have a separate return policy. 

Lastaforest

  • Where to return: Items shipped directly from Lastaforest should not be returned to Roast'n. Instead, these products must be returned directly to the vendor.
  • Return Policy: Prior authorization from Lastaforest must be obtained before making a return.
  • Return Instructions: Lastaforest will issue the RMA and return label if there is an equipment issue that cannot be resolved or the item is unused, new condition.
  • Contact Information: Email contact@lastaforest.com to start your return. Include your Roast'n order #, delivery/pickup address, item ordered, and reason for return. Please allow a couple business days for a reply.
  • Lastaforest products are imported. It does take extra time for them to process and issue a return label and refund.
  • Once they receive the return it will notify our system to issue your refund.
