Colombia Gesha Anaerobic Honey
Our Colombia Gesha is a special small lot and will sell out quickly! You can expect heavy florals and honey notes in this coffee as well as chocolate and a touch of cherry depending on how you brew the coffee. I notice pour over brings out the brighter notes and cherry touch while immersion brewing will give a super rich honey, floral, and chocolate flavor with a warm smoothing aroma. I personally love immersion with this coffee!
