On a bluff along the Missouri River near New Town, North Dakota, is a beautiful overlook called Crow Flies High (named after the renown Hidatsa chief). We wanted to pay homage to this place in this expertly crafted blend that pairs dark, rich complexity with bright, citric acidity for a truly unique espresso experience. This post-roast blend of both Colombian and Ethiopian beans, this espresso is the perfect balance of bold and bright. The rich complexity of the beans shines through in both syrup and milk, making it the perfect choice for lattes and cappuccinos. Tasted alone, the bright citrus notes leave a lingering flavor that makes it a wonderful Americano. This is our darkest espresso option, but still surprisingly complex, making it perfect for coffee connoisseurs who appreciate a bold and unique flavor.
