True North is named for the guiding point of the compass, the coffee that set our direction and still defines our standard for quality, flavor, and craft.  Our single origin Peru Decaf is an exceptional craft coffee for those who crave the ritual and taste without the rush.  Grown in the highlands of northern Peru, this single-origin coffee offers notes of hazelnut, chocolate, with a slight orange zest finish.  It's a cup that's rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced proving that our uncaffeinated coffee can stand up to the best.
