The Nura Kurate Cooperative is located in the Dara district at an altitude of nearly 6,000 feet in the Yirge Chef region.
We roast this coffee on the light side to preserve its delicate aroma and unique cup character. A fine complement to French toast with maple syrup in the morning, or to a warm fruit compote after a hearty meal.
