Ethiopian Guji Reserve Series Coffee

Reading Reserve Series

A very special offering in our Reserve Series, this washed processed single-origin coffee is organic by sheer default of the farming methods of the people of the Guji region of southern Ethiopia.

Flavor Notes: Berries • Stone Fruit • Hints of Chocolate

Processing: Washed Process

Roast: Medium Roast

Additional Information:

  • Drying: Raised Beds - A natural drying process that results in a sweeter, more floral flavor.
  • Single Origin Coffee: Located in the Oromia Region Guji Zone of the Shakiso District of Ethiopia
  • The region of Guji is named after a tribe of the Oromo people who have roamed the mountains for thousands of years.
    • It is located next to the other two well-known coffee regions named after Sidama and Yirgacheffe.
