A decaffeinated single origin, slow-dripped for clarity and calm. This decaf Guatemala Mizudashi cold brew features creamy caramel, bright citrus, and soft green apple. It's smooth, balanced, and beautifully composed.

Mizudashi, a traditional Japanese method of slow-drip cold brewing, is known for its slow, gentle extraction. It's best enjoyed diluted with water or milk - while it's great in a variety of coffee creations, keep in mind that it's a gentler brew than espresso and may not deliver the same intensity in recipes designed for high-strength coffees!
