MONSOON
Single-origin coffee from India, distinguished by its unique monsooning process. During post-harvest processing, beans are exposed to monsoon winds in open-walled warehouses for 12 to 16 weeks, significantly reducing acidity and creating distinctive flavor characteristics. This traditional method replicates the natural transformation that occurred historically when coffee traveled by ship along ancient spice trade routes. The resulting low-acid profile makes this an excellent choice for those coffee drinkers with sensitive stomachs.
