OBIB DECAF
Decaf coffee doesn't have to be an afterthought! Advancements in processing and how decaffeinated coffees are roasted has led to a whole new world where decaf can be amazingly delcious! We always source these types of decaf.
This single-origin Colombian decaf is processed using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) method—a natural technique that employs a solvent derived from fermented sugarcane molasses. This approach preserves the coffee's inherent complexity while delivering a naturally sweeter, cleaner cup than conventional decaffeination methods.
Tasting Notes: dark chocolate + orange + almond
ORIGIN: colombia
PROCESS: EA sugarcane
