Pip's Papua New Guinea is a thick bodied, washed medium roast from one of the smallest coffee producing countries in the world. Honey sweetness fills the body with a touch of berry behind it, and it shines in everything from drip to espresso. We planned it as a seasonal coffee, but it was too good to let go. Named after Pip, our chirpiest greeter. Every 12 oz bag feeds a shelter cat for a week.
