Solo Sabado

Solo Sabado features rotating single farm Colombian coffee. New Producer will be revealed once this lot sells out.

Alexander Mancilla has spent his entire life in coffee. Starting out as a picker and jornalero (day worker), he worked for years before eventually saving enough to purchase his own farm in Cajamarca, Tolima. Today, he runs the farm alongside his wife, Orfanelly, and their son, continuing a family effort rooted in care, consistency, and deep experience.

Grown at 1900 masl in the mountains of Tolima, this fully washed lot highlights the clarity and sweetness we love from the region. A careful approach to harvesting and processing brings out a balanced, clean cup with vibrant stone fruit acidity, grapefruit like brightness, and a rounded turbinado sugar sweetness throughout.
