Our signature low-caffeine blend, now slow-dripped as a smooth, vibrant Mizudashi cold brew. Split Pulse (Brazil and Ethiopia origin) is bright, layered, and refreshingly calm - with 50% less caffeine than a regular cup. Juicy pomelo, soft toffee, and vanilla bean notes unfold over ice in a cool, balanced pour.

Mizudashi, a traditional Japanese method of slow-drip cold brewing, is known for its slow, gentle extraction. It's best enjoyed diluted with water or milk - while it's great in a variety of coffee creations, keep in mind that it's a gentler brew than espresso and may not deliver the same intensity in recipes designed for high-strength coffees!
