Thuthan's Ethiopia Sidamo is a light roast natural process coffee, which means the fruit of the coffee cherry dries right onto the bean. The beans come out less than beautiful, and the cup comes out unlike any other, with citrus, blueberry, and floral notes. Named after Thuthan, a rescue kitty who isn't perfect on the outside either, and is purrfect anyway. Every 12 oz bag feeds a shelter cat for a week.
