The DLC coated brew burrs have a geometry intended to create a very uniform coffee ground intended for drip methods.  

The DLC brew burr set are designed for the Turin DF83, Turin DF83V, Mazzer Major, and many other 83mm "Mazzer" hole pattern grinders.

The black DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) brew burrs are the perfect way to upgrade your DF83 to a dedicated brew grinder.  Offering high precision grinding to make a clean cup of pour over/drip coffee.

Note: these burrs will not work for espresso, they do not grind fine enough or have enough fines to produce an espresso shot.

    1:8 ratio, coarse grind, steep 12–18 hrs, dilute.
